Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
- Free UK Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £75.
- Orders Under £75: Shipped via our standard carrier at checkout based on the standard Royal Mail prices.
- International Orders: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and country destination. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders.

- Business Days: Our timelines refer to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Processing: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Domestic & International Royal Mail Base RatesPostage rates are calculated at checkout. Below are the starting rates for standard jewelry-sized parcels (Large Letters/Small Parcels):- UK Domestic Rates: Starting from £3.65 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £4.25 for standard small parcels.

International Rates: Starting from £8.10 for International Tracked letters and £8.15 for parcels, increasing depending on world zone and weight.
Customs, Duties, & Regulations (International Only)
- EU Orders: From July 2026, new EU customs regulations apply to all shipments. International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and local clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues & Address Corrections
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
- Missing Parcels: If your order has not arrived within our estimated windows, please check your tracking link or contact our support team at hello@sunsetandboho.com so we can investigate.
