What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to be shipped.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
All Sales Final: All purchases of clearance, pierced earrings, custom-made items and jewelry are final and non-returnable. 
No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer store credit for change-of-mind purchases once the transaction is complete.
Hygiene & Safety Exception: Due to health and hygiene reasons, intimate, pierced jewelry and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once removed from its original sealed packaging.
Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect or override your statutory consumer rights under local laws regarding damaged, defective, or misdescribed items.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24hrs after purchase with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@sunsetandboho.com
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 4-7 business days.
